Divert attention with a toy every time it happens

We used to take our pup to a fairly large doggie daycare once a week... there were multiple instances where he would just absolutely hit it off with random dogs at different parks across the city. After talking with those owners, we'd always discover that they took their dog to the same daycare. Pretty cool - he has his own little social life that we don't even know about.
