To be honest? I think no corporate leader should be excused for that behavior regardless of profit. I think those offenses should be included in the corporate crimes you're trying to expose. I fully support this mission, especially if it includes already codified offenses. ;)

On the note of corporate information though, how does one discuss what they know about their own corporation without getting into the corporate espionage portions of the law?
