What's your one allround advice for someone who's at the beginning of their career and want to really "make it", as you have in your line of work?

Oh my god! Seriously I hardly ever see any AMAs that interest me but Andy, you're my biggest idol when it comes to music and I feel bad for people when we talk music and no one knows who you are because I feel yours is a name that should be mentioned among the greats in music history.

My question to you is, what's your biggest inspiration for you musically? I mean, you use some pretty cool chord progressions and when composing you have your very own style which I appreciate listening to, a lot.

For example, my favorite song of yours is Great Fire and I love how it's just nagging along in the verses in 3/4 time and then it's rock and roll during the choruses and then it's back to the slow pace of the verse. It's magical.
