I'm a cook in NYC looking to go into butchery full time as a career. Where do I start? Apprenticeships seem pretty dificult to come across, especially those involving charceutery.

Same. I think I hit my current height somewhere around 21-22. I was 5’10” when I graduated high school. I’m 28 and 6’3” now.

I spent almost 3 years in that butthole of a place. It is a drinking town with a college problem. Also meth and crack. Also the townies are either awesome, batshit, or both. I kinda miss it and also never want to spend another winter in a place that is below zero with wind chill from January through February.

Not a question but my buddy in college had this. Used to eat cereal out of it. He got it fixed and the surgery sounded horrific. He’a also broken like, 10 bones so idk but I think his pain tolerance is through the roof.

How ya feelin’? Oh, also, he successfully convinced several people at parties that he had been attacked by a bear. Keep that in mind.
