Not, O p, but I have breast cancer with mets to the brain. Pain from cancer is typically unrelenting and gets progressively worse. The tumor never shrinks, it only gets bigger, so if you have good days or days without pain, it's probably not cancer.

Please check yourself! I had cystic breasts and found a lump that wasn't a cyst when I was 28. It's so much better to err on the side of caution than wait.

I had an ultrasound, then a biopsy. If your doctor didn't find anything of concern on the ultrasound, I wouldn't worry, unless your lymph nodes are getting bigger. That would be a huge red flag to me! I'd also get a second opinion just to put my mind at ease. But ultrasound alone can definitely rule out cancer.
