Given that we can't rely on shielding information from potential "higher-threshold" attackers, and it's not accurate to put a label of mental illness on many, if not most, of them, do you think it's a reasonable approach to put the honus on each local community to be mindful and proactive about people around them that seem more quiet, and less social, than the average person (which seems to be one of the few common threads among attackers)?
