I’d say earlier for the shingles one, 60 is recommended but shingles if you get a bad case and it’s early can do very severe nerve damage and cause months of pain, best to get it earlier especially since OP seems to not have the best immune system

You probably shouldn't be driving high... Unless they've removed the compound that causes the high in your medication but from your comment concerning dosage of CBD and THC that seems not to be the case.

Yeah sort of 😅 I'm glad you're being safe. Not being able to sleep is practically torture, I hope the restriction on it, especially for medicine, eases because it's still a pain in a ton of places. It sucks that it even took so long for you to get access to it
