I am a huuuge fan of public health advocates like Ophelia Dahl and Paul Farmer! I always wanted to work abroad in public health, but life kept me from doing this due to disability and unfair but necessary costs including health insurance and access to medications. What are other ways to work in global public health while having a chronic health condition?

I love the story of Paul picking up Tom White at the airport for the first time. I heard that he was definitely someone that wanted to die broke. Do you have any other interesting stories about him?
