What's the best way to apply thermal paste to a CPU?

I always feel like I'm not doing it right and shit's gonna melt sooner or later.

How long have you been in the US?

Im assuming you're Romanian, do you still go back to visit?

I've tried it like that, but took off the heatsink a couple days later to see if it spread good and there was a circle only in the middle of the CPU with the outer edges not having any paste on it.
