You made my childhood, thank you! I have a distinct memory as a kid of my mom taking me out to lunch and to go see Follow that Bird, and then crying a lot for the rest of the day because I was really bothered by what happened to Big Bird. Did you ever feel that the plot for that movie was too dark?

The ending was great :D Big Bird was always my favorite so I think I was overly sensitive to his plight.

I am super excited about Sharknado 2. Were you surprised at the reception of the first movie and how popular it was? If the franchise continues, how many sequels would be you willing to do?

Hello there! Sometimes when I think about people in your position I wonder about things in your life completely unrelated to the serious work you contribute to society, such as: What do you do for fun, and are you still able to enjoy the little things in life, or do you find yourself completely intertwined with the work you're doing?

Your movies have given me and my husband such joy. At least once a week my husband goes into a lovely rendition of "Let's go...honkytonking, down in...Louisiana" and it cracks me up every time. Last night on Family Tree, Ed Begley Jr killed me with the native American monologue. Your humor mixed with real people anecdotal craziness is the best. My question is: which movie of yours was the most fun to make?
