This is fantastical nonsense, the only way to cut tution fees is by cutting the numbers of people at universities, and the only way to ensure this is by raising entry requirements at all universities, including ex polys

Scrapping of Resits at a level will cause a massive inequality to those less fortunate

How will a person who has coasted by with A's and B's at GCSE with parents who couldnt care less, and a poor study enviroment, then go onto magically study hard every day. AS resits allowed many of us working class to realise the amount of work needed and actually change our habits in the summer/A2 years
