Independent farmers in the US are struggling against multinational corporations and regulatory complexity (favored by multinationals because it gradually cuts out smaller businesses). Are you seeing the same thing in the UK? Is it getting harder to farm there?

Most sushi places I've been too have a limited variety of fish offered. How do you feel about using alternate fish like invasive species (carp, lionfish) or more sustainable species like tilapia and catfish?

I've read articles that Amazon is growing concerned about the clutter of lower-quality books that e-publishing is allowing. Are you concerned that the public might confuse your publications with some of the poorly written or outright plagiarized works that are appearing there? Or, are users reviews sufficient to weed this problem out over time?
