I couldn't hold my breathe and dive deeper than 2m before i experienced pain behind my eye. Any recommendations to overcome this condition? It has been an obstacle for me since I was a kid.

Yes, had sinus issue while I was younger. I have never been taught to equalise the pressure while doing free dive. Any tips? It is the only thing that restrict me from enjoying the freedom of not having to use clunky Scuba gears.
