One of the hosts of a podcast I listen to has alopecia. He started losing his hair in high school (had the crowd from an opposing soccer team heckling him on the field because he was going bald. D:) but he's in his mid-40s and has more than embraced it now.
You are absolutely ROCKIN' the look, and I'm glad you've been able to embrace it as well, even if it's been only recently.
My question is, and it sounds a bit silly, but do you still have to shampoo your head to stave off dandruff?

Winston! I'm such a huge fan of SUBNORMALITY, and I've been reading since pretty damn near the beginning, and I've been preaching the word to all my friends and acquaintances since, as well. Congratulations on the book, too!
My question is, how did the evolution of the comic from one-off gag strips to giant walls of beautiful art and text happen? Was there a point where you started getting comfortable enough with your art and vision to make the change?

I was in COH from one month after launch until the very end, and it was and remains my favorite MMO of all time, and I want to express my undying love and respect for the work you and the rest of Paragon Studios put into it. The night the servers went down, we had Matt Miller on my friend's vent server, and we were giving him stories about how COH changed our lives for the better.
My question is, I know there's camaraderie between the entire staff, but how do you blow off steam during or after crunch time when a large content patch is about to be/is released? I know that at Paragon, you guys had pen and paper RPGs that you played, but is there anything else, and what do you do at Cryptic for the same?

I think there are certainly big names in webcomics right now; your Randy Milhollands, your David Williseses, your Danielle Corsettos, and there are webcomics and franchises that are kind of more well-known than those, like Penny Arcade, PvP, LICD/LFG, etc. I don't see as many newer webcomics these days, but that's because I'm not really looking out for them. I think that the heyday of Keenspace/Comicgenesis, where anyone could make their own webcomic and use the updater script, is over, though. I had a webcomic that I drew/co-wrote 15 years ago, back with the 2nd wave, and it felt like a completely different scene back then. Not better or worse, just different.
