What's the best advice you can give someone who is interested in writing?

Hi Mr. Hawley. Love Fargo and I look forward to getting your book sometime, sounds very interesting. Anyway, two small questions about Fargo. 1) How many seasons do you see Fargo running for? Or is it like as long as you have ideas for stories Fargo will keep running... 2) Would you ever consider doing a kidnapping plot for one of the seasons?
