Not an expert obviously but I got mine done at the dentist and it hurt so fucking bad I decided I can live with off white. You get things my dentist called zingers which feel like an electrical charge being placed directly on your tooth. It lasted all day and I would stop in my tracks and yelp when it happened (every minute or so) and I am usually pretty good with pain. I don't know if I just have more sensitive teeth or what. They also didn't tell me to take calcium supplements before which is suppose to help. There are varying results so it's not guaranteed you're gonna get a Hollywood smile, you either get white or bright, bright just makes your teeth look a little cleaner and that's about it. Most people don't have fillings on the front of their teeth (only did the teeth that show when smiling) so it shouldn't be an issue.

Shelties are sweet but high strung neurotic little things. I love my guy because he has so much personality but he also drives me nuts because of it. Definitely requires a lot of attention between keeping them busy and keeping them groomed (so much hair).

What advice would you offer to people interested in working with your organization or a similar program?

Isn't that believed to be caused by the brain basically rewiring during adolescence?
