Can you tell me more about the groin part, please?

I'm scheduled for a catheter ablation (burning cells from the inside of my heart by going in through my groin) on Wednesday to fix a skipped beat and I'm crapping it. I've never been in hospital before so my imagination is running wild.

I don't have a dick for them to go through.

Edit in case this is a genuine question: They go in with a catheter through an artery in the groin (to the side of where a dick usually is) that leads up in to the heart. They'll burn off whatever is fucking my heart up with a device that travels up the catheter. It's pretty fucking cool!

What I want to know is how painful it is and how much I'll feel?!
