How safe do you feel when on the job?

Threaten him with what though? Getting fired? As far as I know he hasn't given any protected or illegal information out.

What are your thoughts on the number of "mission trips" that happen in Africa, i.e. often a group of high school church kids going to volunteer at an orphanage or something. I've heard that while these acts have immediate short term benefit, the long term economic effect is negative. Instead of paying people to do a job who then go on to buy stuff and sustain the economy, a bunch of volunteers from outside the country are doing it for free.
