Why are Conditional Formatting and the Conditional Formatting Rules Manager so limited in functionality? It's such a helpful tool in visualizing data and making data processing easier, but it's like it's been frozen in time and everybody forgot to keep it up to speed with the rest of Excel.

And just so we're clear, I am not asking you to remove the feature entirely like the OneNote folks did to every useful "advanced" feature that OneNote used to have. I don't understand how removing features has been deemed an appropriate method for "improving" a product. But the Excel team is smarter than the OneNote team... right?

I'm a side sleeper (who wishes I could be a back sleeper) and I desperately need to replace my current mattress. What do you recommend for heavier folks (~350) who want a firm but not stiff mattress?

Interesting, I'll have to try this out. My main issue is that if I fall asleep on my back I immediately start snoring and wake myself up. It's not that it's so loud it wakes me up, it's just that I am perhaps overly-conscious about snoring, if that makes any sense. I'm hoping that a more firm mattress that doesn't have a couple decades of sag in it will help resolve this issue. I'd love to not wake up with sore shoulder, hips, and knees.
