How wide spread do you think is the use of PEDs in distance running?

First off, you are the best for responding. I was just interested to hear your perspective on the matter. I ran track in high school and after the fact I heard of a fellow high school runner who won and also took PEDs. Its made me definitely more sceptical. Plus the whole Lance debacle, baseball, Russia's Olympic team, and so on has made me think twice about athletes performs. I feel all high level althetes work crazy hard, but some due to competitiveness or even necessity like some East African runners, resort to taking PEDs. Anyway, I very much appreciate your insight. It's great you do this.
