Hey Nick! Thanks for doing this. You've worked a lot with Adam Sandler over the years. There's a lot of critics who haven't been so kind to his films from the last decade or so. Do you think they're being unfair, or maybe missing out on what he's going for? Also, what do you enjoy about working with him?

Hey Thomas! Thanks for doing this. Some of the films you've worked on were my favorites growing up, especially Atlantis.

I'm currently a college film student hoping to one day write and direct for animated films. How would you recommend getting started in the industry and building a portfolio, especially if I want to focus more on the writing side than the animation side?
