Being Jewish is not only a religious identity, many proud Jews are atheists/agnostics or simply not religious, including many famous early Zionists such as Theodore Herzl.

Is it common for people to live on reservations that aren't for their own tribe? (Like a Dakota-Sioux living on the Navajo reservation.)
