I've always been curious about your mother Zelda and her role in early film. Can you tell us about her influence?

I too think Deadwood is the GOAT, but it's a fairly lonely view. My simple take on it is that it consistently had absolutely top shelf story, dialogue and character. Many great shows will hit two of these per episode, but it's truly rare for one to have all three.
