How can I get my asshole of a cat to stop meowing at night?

Thanks for the detailed answer! I already do the white noise thing and the baby gating thing. I didn't even know timed feeder bowls existed. I usually leave her dry food out 24/7 and give her a wet food meal in the evening.

She barely wants to play! She doesn't touch her mouse toys or balls. She's uninterested in the fishing pole thingies. I made balls of foil, left out tubes and boxes, she's only 3 but acts like a granma!
