What was the reason for such a delay?

They've expanded it to children with very serious disease also now. I had a guy in my store for a kids make a wish. He said since medicine has been advancing so much they had to expand to more kids since essentially not enough were dying. Which is good I guess.

I misread and thought they meant how long after the authorities agreed that he was innocent did he get released.

That's why I always roll 20 deep with my bros to bars. Security.
