Traditionally your album releases have been quite secretive, in particular Sing the Sorrow and the related Clandestine stuff. I have two questions relating to this:

-I had a lot of fun all those years ago deciphering clues, numbers and answer phone messages. Now I work in digital media, and it’s fascinating from a completely different perspective. What was the inspiration behind the Clandestine project - and did it achieve what you wanted it to?

-Something like eight or nine tracks - and all of the lyrics - from Burials were revealed before the release date. What's the motivation behind being so open with this album compared to past albums?

Finally I just wanted to say thank you, sincerely, for the past decade. I cannot possibly express to you the significance of your music in my life. Thank you all for the songs, the shows, the friends and the fire you have given me. Burials is fantastic, and I look forward to seeing it live when you guys hit the UK.

A family friend is a cluster headache sufferer, and as a migraine sufferer myself I can honestly say nothing terrifies me more than your condition. I can barely manage one migraine, I can't even imagine the pain that you must go through.

I don't even have a question, I just have a lot of respect for you. Thanks for this AMA.
