I know you didn't ask me, but there are credit companies that are working on systems to give people a "medical score" similar to your credit score and selling this information to employers. As of now you are protected by law, but these companies are constantly looking at new ways around the law or simply trying to get laws changed, removed, or have them expire. Looking for loopholes, essentially. That is why I should be a national concern.
