But we would need some sort of harvesters on the moon to gather the Helium. If something went wrong it would be a good idea to have a person up there to take care of it. They couldn't be up there alone for very long though, so we should limit the work to something like a 3 year contract. There could also be some sort of artificial intelligence to help the worker. We could even give it the voice of a popular celebrity to make the worker feel a little more at home. I suggest Kevin Spacey.
