Is there any truth to the claim that references to reincarnation were removed from the Bible?

I would assume it's in reference to the many bandaids/bail-outs that were used to rescue many of the banks, and companies like GM, from the 2008-10 recession to which they had a hand in causing.

It's rigged because these bailouts were supposedly given to stop the economic slump that was playing out, yet many of the beneficiaries continue to practice the risky financial maneuvers that caused the mess in the first place. Had these bailouts not been given, the recession almost certainly would have been worse, but the economy would have come out of it with a lot more integrity than it has currently.
