After consulting the "List of cities by temperature" on Wikipedia, I have concluded that the ideal light jacket/hoodie weather place to live in the US would be northern California. There, you won't need to worry as much about rain or snow (which you will encounter plenty of in Oregon and Washington) and the temperature average stays between the 50's and 60's.

There are plenty of small rural towns inside the national forests that I am sure will please you.

If you could live anywhere, where would you live?

I ask this because I've seen many videos where you get inspired just by being outside. And maybe, if you had another outside, you would be inspired in other ways.
