One if my friends broke his c4 back in November, and is now a quadriplegic as well.

He's still in the Hospital doing rehab and on temporary breathing assistance, should be going home in March once his parents house is retrofitted to allow the wheelchair mobility through the house.

My question is, what resources does he have to reach out to (he lives in Utah) and can anyone be a part of the exoskeleton trials, or would my friend need references, and have to get lucky?

I just want to do everything in my power to normalize his life, and I am completely in the dark as to what I can do from my end.
