A five star general, a Supreme Commander of Allied forces in Europe, who became President, and subsequently retired to the family farm leaving a warning that the Military Industrial Complex made him fearful of the future of the United States. Definitely an interesting person.

sometimes the information is one sided.

... these are lawyers from a group called Earthjustice, who are representing wolves. These aren't scientists/engineers/doctors/etc. who we are asking for pros and cons of a topic, these are activists.

It's a bit unrealistic (and unfair) to expect them to use their time here to inform us equally and in great detail about both their side and the counter-arguments.

It has only 302 neurons...

Also modulation from glial cells.

Also each of those neurons has many synapses.

Also... 'safe to say there isn't any semblance of thoughts' relies completely on how you define 'thoughts'. Do dogs think? Do birds? Do fish? Do cockroaches? Do worms? Do amoeba? It relies on your definition. /end devil's advocate rant

Execution strategy can be stress tested, administered by 3rd party consultant firm. Goals are to determine hidden barriers/pitfalls to strategy execution. Can be cultural factors in an organization (often emotion influencing rational decisions), can be unrealistic implementation plan, can be unrecognized lack of a specific skill on the team, can be simply bad timing to enter a market.

Good consultants will help your management team to discover what you do well and what you need to improve, to refine and revise a plan.
