Yucatan Style Slow-Roasted Pork
Emerald Soup (Somlah Marakot) (note: use thai basil, not sweet/italian)
Glazed Lemon Bread with Cardamom (highly recommend going with an amaretto glaze, though given your age, cook it a little longer to evaporate the alcohol)
BRANana Bread (I personally use very dark chocolate, 2 cups of banana, and ground-up pecans and/or walnuts in place of the flax meal, but YMMV)
