Why not keep that desired $140/hr rate to yourself and pitch new clients a higher rate? Your current customers keep their price, if a new customer is iffy you can offer a discount and bring it down to $140. I suppose the downside would be if customers discuss your rates to each other, but you could respond with some customers are asking for more prep which drives a higher cost.

As a consultant working for one of the largest EMR companies in the US, I agree with this. Most clinical people are concerned with how much extra time this may or may not take to do or how much they think it concerns them. They rarely think bigger picture - more accurate information, better billing, no redundancy, centralized information, etc.

Besides maybe 2, most of them are paragraphs and reiterate what he's already said in blogs/books. I'm a big fan/admirer and it felt like this AMA was short and most answers pointed back to existing blogs/podcasts/articles he's written. I just wished there was more answers and more new insight into TimTimTalkTalk.

I 100% agree with you on both points. I guess for someone like me who's been following him for a few years most questions he answered pointed back to answers resources I've already heard. I like AMAs that are more deep dives into that person or their work. For me it's not the size of answers it's the repeating of information, just seemed like a marketing stunt rather than connecting with fans but that's just one dude's opinion!
