Joking aside, /u/thissuckslogs make sure you're better than any of the retarded specs that only know one or two systems. Chiefs need to be on point with every god damn thing out there. Later on in your career this is going to mean shit that isn't attached to your lawn darts like production and MOC. So don't get stuck in the mentality that flightline is the only thing in the world. But also don't get trapped in CTK either.

It's actually about the same for guys. The majority of male maintainers are just average. With the women it just seems like a lot because there are less of them anyway.
