No way to legally leave hongkong without passing through immigration first. Also the police are likely holding his passport. So unless he sneaks as a stowaway on a boat, he will just be stopped at immigration. Trying to leave the country while on bail would also probably land him in even more trouble and basically just make the CCP rubber stamp his case as guilty without a trial.
