along with turning a card sideways

I don't believe this is true, since there are many other games out there that also use turning a card sideways. If it is true, then WotC/Hasbro doesn't really seem to care. They really only care about use of the terms "Tap," "Tapping," and "Tapped".

Also, I recall reading somewhere that the WotC patent on tapping is supposed to come to an end soon. Don't quote me on that though, because I don't know for sure.
