I'm the same with Scrubs. I reckon it's because the show doesn't take itself seriously, especially in its medical context.
When you see movies or shows that are serious, and often spend a lot of time getting little details right, but don't bother to do so with the Medical aspects; that's really frustrating!
That's what I loved about Breaking Bad: there was a scene where Walt was in the shower and you could see his lobectomy scar and another scene where two guys were exhaust gassed in a truck; their bodies were flushed bright red, as you would expect with carbon monoxide.

This seems odd - advanced airways would surely cost more than a vial of adrenaline?
Also, what's the point of attempting resus if post-ROSC care isn't there?
