But in many cases, mass shooters do not have clinically diagnosable disease.
What's driving them much more commonly is rage, paranoia, depression, desperation.
Are those not clinically diagnosable diseases, or at least symptoms of a clinically diagnosable disease?
But it involves a rational process of planning and preparing to go out and commit an attack.
The ability to prepare and plan for an attack isn't mutually exclusive to mental heath disease.

A couple points about this -
I'm pretty sure this (and most "4 days / week" campaigns) are targeting the white collar corporate/office environments, not blue collar or service industry.
Even if everything went to a 4 day week, they'd handle it the same way they handle the 5 day week now. It's not like everything is closed on Saturday and Sunday. They have rotating and staggered shifts to keep the place staffed while it's open. 7-11 never closes, but it's not like those people work 7 days a week.

Suomenlinna prison is barely a prison. Sure, you can't leave, but it's like sharing a low-end resort with other low-risk criminals.
"The single-room, single-storey accommodation includes shared kitchens, toilets, showers and saunas. Giant flatscreen TVs dominate the lounge area, and a barbecue shelter stands near a quiet pond."
