Is North Korea 'up-to-date' with any aspects of it's societies or is everything very outdated?

Since North Korea cannot power it's cities lights at night, was the sky crystal clear, i.e. could you see the milky way?

• What are the laws for guns and weapons carrying in NK?

• Do you believe there are secret societies in NK organising to overthrow their leader?

Do you know how many tourists are in NK approximately at once and whether they have the same or different itineraries?
