What is something in particular you'd absolutely HAVE to see happen between San and Andy (besides babies/marriage/etc) before RB ends?

I know Oliver has really strong feelings about being taken off the streets, but does Sam enjoys being a detective more than a uniform? We also saw Andy showing her detective skills this season, any potential for Detectives Swarek & McNally?
