Hi Jonathan and Gordon, thank you for doing this AMA, we really appreciate it as fans. My question is, what were your instantaneous reactions to not winning the emmys? As in how did it feel when your names weren't called out? I can tell you that as fans it felt horrible so I can't imagine how it must've been for you guys. You guys were robbed, but there's always next year, and the year after that!

You were definitely deserving Gordon, you are too modest :) Anyways, awards aren't everything. I still don't understand how Michael C Hall never won an emmy for Dexter... Doesn't take away the fact that he's crazy talented like you, and Banks, Bob and the whole cast. Don't know if I'm allowed to ask another question.. but I'll try: Is writing for BCS harder knowing that it has to somehow be coherent with certain details from BB, whereas in BB it was open ended and you weren't writing for a story that already had a conclusion?

I'm sorry if it came across like that. I was struggling to word it properly, but the way I wanted it to sound was, "When we go through something disappointing and it doesn't come through, we deal with it just as a family unit or there are only a few people who know. But in this case, or when you're a celebrity, there are millions of people supporting you and involved and it's more difficult to deal with emotions and also reactions when the camera is in your face.. So my question was rather how did you cope or really feel inside, not just how we felt as fans. I don't mean to be rude and I don't think Gordon would've replied if he understood it the rude way (which it wasn't meant to be).
