I am traveling to Russia with four other Americans to sing in a youth music festival in Yekaterinburg. The US consulate is granting us the money to get there and then the Ural Federal University is organizing/paying for our housing. My question is, are there concerns for Americans traveling at this time? Thanks for doing this!
