What do you think about project management and delivery dates? I'm a Sr. EM and I am constantly talking about how software inherently is extremely difficult to put a delivery timeline on. Each new feature is a completely new problem to solve with many unknown complexities no matter how much we plan and how much agility we preach. What does Bungie do here? What do you recommend as a communication style to discuss date driven delivery and prove that developers ARE accountable?
