You CANNOT use any other transportation method besides your feet and normal state, federal and municipal laws will still apply to you and your transportation option.

Giraffe
Hang glider
Hitch hiking with murderer

Burrowing machine
Motorized toilet

It would be like the "Death Uber" model. Murderers waiting to pick you up anywhere at any time of day. Assume a 5-10 minute wait. Not necessarily the same murderer every time.

The disposition of the murderer you get would vary from ride to ride. No way to guess until you get into the car.

I guess elevated railway could be a combination of "giraffe" and "hang glider".

That's true. And if you were in Chicago and had access to elevated railways, we could work "hang glider" into there as well. Not sure there's anything we can do with "giraffe" at the moment.
