Sir, I have taught The Giver to my seventh grade students for 6 years, so by my count I have read the entire book out loud word for word about 26 times. While you were making the film, did you ever consider that the novel is widely taught in classrooms across the country and that the film will forever change how the book is taught from now on? Just curious if that affected any decisions. Thanks!

I just wanted to say that Love That Dog and Hate That Cat are two of mg favorite books of all time. I read them to the kids every year after we read all of the poems mentioned. Thank you for everything you do, sir.

I have had the privilege of seeing you guys live in concert twice in Springfield, MO and man you put on a hell of a show. My students first introduced me to you and I am so grateful. I have two questions: why no autographs after the show? Also, how do you come up with your staging designs? That massive typewriter at The Reckoning tour was amazing.
