10: in the movie intouchables (it's about a quadriplegic), it's suggested they have to mannualy remove the poop out of the butt, Is this real or can you poop like a normal person?

they can't really "fix" that as a jouse would be pretty weird if it had to do both buttons and mouse controll , ken could ofc just ductape a pencil to his forehead and use it to smash buttons but that wouldn't be a very nice sight nor would it be comfortable , that's the problem
