I just started working with a ~2.5M row by 50 feature dataset and am having some real issues with pandas. I could probably do more with more RAM locally, but do you have recommendations for better large dataframe operations?

Also getting good at groupby.apply() functions is a life-changing experience

How rampant are diseases among chickens if every breast, thigh, etc. I find in the supermarket seems to be of good quality? Does the disease taint the meat or just ruin the animal's quality of life?
