I'm not a huge fan of the tab interface being used in Ghostery for iOS, but I'll survive.

Not really a question, so much as a suggestion.

I don't know if any of you are involved with Ghostery for iPhone, but please (please!) ask whoever is involved to remove the baby blue chrome. My poor eyes!

Outside of outright paranoia or a sense of being violated by ad-tracking, what do you view as the strongest reasoning behind using something like Ghostery?

Phrased another way, is there something nefarious going on in ad-tracking that I haven't been made aware of?
