How can I keep my unlimited data plan while up grading my iPhone?

not to take away from veteran's with actual disabilities, but this is rather common. i know folks that have disability ratings for congenital issues and/or problems that they got from injuries prior to joining the service. for every vet that actually needs these services there's one that is just trying to milk the system.
